Shape the Future Leader Michael Derwin seeks to hold workshops in 2019 around guiding principles to help businesses respond to challenges

 

In order for organizations to survive turbulent environments and effectively innovate they need to be responsive and adaptive to rapid changes. Organizational agility can give businesses the capacity to respond and adapt within turbulent environments. Therefore, it is important that organizations establish principles and complementing governance that helps in building innovation capabilities such as agility. Michael wishes to hold academy workshops in the new year with content relating to organizational agility and beyond to help discover sets of guiding principles to help businesses cope with challenges and manage innovation.
