Promoting Intercultural Discussion

The Challenge

Shape the Future Leader Alexandra McCallum is passionate about using artistic processes as a tool to build resilience, promote intercultural discussion and provide accessible opportunities.

The community aspect of a crowdsourcing platform is of great importance. There are many drivers that prompt one to engage with challenges and share expertise. This highlights the importance of certain social elements that may impact an individual’s uptake of a platform like Mindhive. Understanding these social elements and acting on them can enhance the process of problem solving through crowdsourcing. Alexandra has provided valuable insights about Mindhive, with promising ideas that have potential to enhance the platform. She is also interested in collaborating with other leaders in the Shape the Future community.
