Restoring Aboriginal Advantage

The Challenge

Shape the Future Leader Nola Turner-Jensen is looking for insights, support and partnerships to help scale the impact of cutting edge training programs for indigenous people in the workplace.

Nola has recently developed an innovative workshop that can empower indigenous people in the workplace and restore the aboriginal advantage. She is currently seeking partnerships, support and insights on how to reach as many people as possible to maximize the impact of these workshops. If we are to reap the full benefits of a diverse workforce, it is vital to incorporate training programs and workshops that help leaders realize and strengthen the different cultural practices of all workers.
